During my role at Product Guru, my main responsibility has been the UI/UX Design & management of our Supplier platform, Buyer platform and website.

Product Guru was established to provide a range of events and digital products to allow brands to connect with retail buyers in their categories. The Product Guru platform allows suppliers to create virtual showrooms for their brands in order to be discovered from leading buyers within their category.
Since beginning this role, the platform has evolved significantly and allows suppliers to access multiple resources such as upcoming events, buyer campaigns, sample requests and community content. The buyers platform allows retailers to search and filter (40k +) products from a range of suppliers in order to find suitable products for listing within their stores.

As UI/UX Designer, my role involved the redesign of the Buyer and Supplier platforms.

Supplier Platform (Final Designs)
The supplier platform has been designed in order to allow users to easily create and access their brands and products. It is recognised that the platform would be used by users with a range of technical ability, therefore, the navigation of the platform was essential and after reviewing the platform I realised that the navigation menu should be condensed to allow the user to promptly access the required information. Suppliers can perform a variety of actions within the platform such as reviewing sample requests, applying to buyer campaigns, responding to messages and registering to events.
Buyer Platform (Final Designs)
Similarly to the supplier platform, the Buyer platform is used by a range of users. however, it is understood that buyers have very limited time. With this understanding, the discovery of products was designed to be quick and convenient through the implementation of powerful filters. The product card was also designed in order to present key information in a consumable method.
